Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 July 2026

These terms cover your use of Distillic. It's an early-access product, so they're short and honest rather than exhaustive. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

What Distillic is

Distillic takes sources you provide — videos, podcasts, and documents — and extracts the practical tactics from them into a searchable vault you can act on. It processes third-party content at your direction: you tell it what to distill, and it does the work on that material for you.

Using it responsibly

  • Only submit content you have the right to use. You are responsible for the links, transcripts, and documents you put into Distillic, and for having the necessary rights to process them. Respect the rights of whoever created the underlying content.
  • Don't scrape or harvest the service. No automated bulk extraction of the app, other users' data, or content beyond your own use.
  • Don't resell extracted content. The tactics and outputs Distillic produces are for your own use, not to be repackaged and sold on.
  • Don't misuse the service. No attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the system or to anyone else's account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit and the outputs it produces for you. You grant us the permission needed to store and process that content so the product can do its job — including sending it to the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for what you submit and how you use the results.

Early access, no warranty

Distillic is provided on an early-access basis, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed, and processing depends on third-party services that can have their own outages or limits. We don't guarantee that extracted tactics are complete, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose — treat them as a starting point, not professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Distillic and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, or for any loss of data, profits, or content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Ending your use

You can stop using Distillic and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing reisstrowbridge18@gmail.com. We may suspend or end access to an account that breaks these terms or misuses the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the courts of England and Wales.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product develops; material changes will be flagged inside the app. For anything about these terms, contact reisstrowbridge18@gmail.com.
